You Deserve to Eat Handmade Crystal Healing Necklace

If you can dream it you can do it baby! I know I have had some battles with my mental health in the past, and when I’m upset it always helps (even just a little bit) too look at these little positive affirmations!

I’ve personally battled an eating disorder, addiction, and mental health relapses. Even after I got into recovery from my addiction, my eating disorder still shows up at the most inconvenient times.

I created this line of jewelry to help those
struggling with their demons. Whenever you look down and see this positive affirmation I hope it reminds you, you deserve to be happy and healthy.

This necklace features a handmade one of a kind glass pendant. I made it using an original
piece of artwork, sealant, acrylic paint, sparkles, and a steel alloy bezel.

Some Healing Crystals I added to make the strand of this necklace are: serpentine, tigers eye, golden sandstone, wooden beads, and citrine chips.

This necklace is an awesome gift to give to someone struggling with their mental health or addiction/recovery. Also a great gift to give to a therapist or a mental health nurse of psychiatrist.
